At Magnify Access, all apparel and merchandise sales are final. Please review sizing, colour, and design choices carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Order Issues

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magnifyaccess.ai. We’ll be happy to review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products and our commitment to accessibility-focused design, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items unless they arrive damaged or in error. This includes:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
